Optimizing Imputation Performance of Low-Pass Whole Genome Sequencing for Progeny from Inbred Plant Lines
Curio's Matt Desaix will present this collaborative work with the Kazusa DNA Research Institute. Working with WGS data from both peanuts and rice, we were able to develop effective haplotype reference panels and optimize imputation analysis methods for genotyping.

Curio's Shawn Quinn will share bovine NGS analysis results from a major beef breeder. The NGS data were generated using a custom target capture bovine panel from Twist Bioscience to capture unique markers and amplify certain other markers to variant call certainty.

Geoff Lowman of Ultima Genomics will present this collaborative work between Ultima, Curio, and another Curio business partner, Revvity. In this project, our CURIO™ agrigenomics software platform was used to analyze rice data generated on Ultima's UG 100® with libraries generated with Revvity's NEXTFLEX HT Agrigenomics Low‑Pass WGS Kit to demonstrate a streamlined, cost-efficient workflow for imputation of low-pass sequencing data.
